Introduction into the set-up of the Mind- the unconscious and the superconscious. Unconscious Mind as store-house of all mental faculties. Getting connected to the unconscious and the superconscious minds thru deep relaxation. Mental programming thru visualization, mental house cleaning, setting and imprinting of tangible goals, defining purpose of life. Mind-Body Connection with special emphasis on psychosomatic illnesses, managing stress and a glimpse into memory techniques using relaxation, visualization, association etc.

Autogenics

Through progressive muscular relaxation the participants will be taught to reach the alpha level , the most resourceful and creative level of mind. In this level we work with guided imagery and mental rehearsal for future events ( for example: an upcoming tennis match) thanks to enhanced perception of the mind in alpha state the images will be easily internalized ad results can be seen after a couple of sessions. This workshop is a more practice oriented program with ample time for relaxation and imagery techniques in the group and feed back.

Meditation and Power Breathing

History of Meditation- Practical exercises, differents methods of meditation and Guided imagery. Yoga Nidra (deep yogic relaxation) and a few easy-to-learn-and-practice breathing exercises (so called Pranayama).

Duration: 2 sessions @ 2 hours = 24 hours
